You can try ManSculpt Wave Therapy Plus at home for up to 100 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within that period and we will refund the full purchase price of the device.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may need a few additional business days to show the refund on your statement. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example, by email to ue@mansculptt.site) before the 14-day period ends. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This statutory right exists in addition to our 100-day guarantee and does not limit it.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected.
